Yoga with Christine Stafford (Post surgery rehabilitation for Arthritis – 10 days)

Yoga with Christine Stafford (By Nyoman Wahyuni)
This early August, I got opportunity to had yoga session with Christine Stafford  at Nusa Dua Bali, an amazing lady from England. She had surgery on her feet for arthritis that made her suffered for long time. She does yoga as the part of her rehabilitation.
The first day she arrived here, she was still has many difficulties to move with her legs and feet, because it’s so stiff and tight. We start to do yoga with focusing on her legs, stretching and strengthening so she can move easier for other postures. We used strap and ball for the helping tools.
The stretching was work, on the second day her legs much more feels comfortable and stronger. We continued work with the legs with some simple standing poses. Gave more stretching with head to knee posture (using strap to help her legs straight).
The next days, we start to work her feet and toes that was so tight, she even couldn’t bend it. We did more posture using the toes to support her body and hold the postures longer day by day.
Christine was getting better and better, she work really hard for the postures and got an amazing result for her effort. At the end of our 10 days sessions, she could move very easy from pose to pose, get stronger and more flexible for allover her body. She even could do head to knee posture perfectly without the strap! She plans to continue her yoga program when she get back to England.
She was so amazing, goes beyond the expectation because of her strong determination. So much inspiring. Wish her getting better day by day.

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism
or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of exclusive content I've either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help stop content from being ripped off? I'd definitely appreciate it.
