This morning we had a special guest came to Fivelements, Mambal Bali, Mr. G Hoffman Soto, from California. Sacred art Team are given treats exciting martial art using sticks, guns fan and also Soma, which is the soul of body movement. Understanding the body and to understand yourself is the essence of this workshop. I feel honored to be sharing with Mr.Soto, so familiar he was called. and I am also very impressed with him, at age 65 years Mr.Soto still look healthy, supple and still moving very swiftly.
